Your dates

An open date. A personal decision.

Couples see real availability and request a date they love. A 48-hour hold gives you time to decide. You confirm or decline, and the calendar, emails and couple's portal update together.

Explore availability and bookings

Your couples and guests

Planning that feels personal.

Each booked couple gets a private planning space with tasks, a countdown and a planner that answers from your published policies. Questions that need you come to your team. A wedding page brings RSVPs and private guest photos together.

You stay in control

Your venue. Your judgment.

Your policies, clearly answered.

The planner answers from what you publish. Questions outside those policies, and topics you want to handle yourself, come to your team.

Built from experience

Hospitality is personal. So is this.

“Dave, you know how much time this would have saved me back in the day? We would have loved this.”
That is what David Pedelty’s dad said when he saw Venue Space. He ran the Carrollton Inn in Carroll, Iowa, where David started at 15 setting up the ballroom for weddings. After 25 years in hospitality operations, David built the system he always wished venues had.

Questions

What venue owners ask first

Can couples book a date without me?

No. Couples check real availability and request a date. The date is held for 48 hours while you decide, and you confirm or decline it yourself from the command center. Nothing books itself, and you still close every wedding personally.

What happens if I do not answer a request within 48 hours?

The hold expires automatically and the date opens back up on your calendar. Expired holds are released by a scheduled job every hour, so a date is never stuck on hold indefinitely.

How does the AI wedding planner work?

Every booked couple gets a planner they can ask questions at any hour. It answers only from the policies, packages and details your venue has published, and it shows where each answer came from. If a question is not covered, it does not guess. It sends the question to your team, and your answer goes back into the couple's planning thread.

Can I control what the planner tells couples?

Yes. You edit your venue's planner policy as a draft, preview it, and publish it when it is ready. Every published version is kept, so you can see what the planner was working from at any point.
